LeadtimeSelect¶
The MurCSS tool is part of the analyze script. The help can be called with:
module load evaluation_system analyze --tool LeadtimeSelect --help
showing a list of all available adjustments:
LeadtimeSelect (v1.0.0): Tool to select different leadtimes from decadal experiments using solr_search. Options: output (default: $USER_OUTPUT_DIR) The Output directory leadtimes (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] Leadtimes to analyze variable (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] The name of the variable you want to analyze (CMOR) model (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] project (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] BASELINE0, BASELINE1, CMIP5 or PROJECTDATA institute (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] product (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] ensembles (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] Comma separated list of ensemble members time_frequency (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] No help available. decadals (default: <undefined>) [mandatory] Comma separated Lists of decadal experiments. cache (default: $USER_CACHE_DIR/$SYSTEM_TIMESTAMP) Workdir observation (default: <undefined>) The reanalysis or observation dataset you want to use. The tool gives back a time-series matching your decadal settings. Can be either an experiment like "merra", "era-int" or a path to your own observaional file
Exmaple to select the leadtimes 1 and 2-5 of the whole baseline1 experiment for 3 ensemble member:
analyze --tool leadtimeselect variable=tas leadtimes=1,2-5 model=mpi-esm-lr project=baseline1 institute=mpi-m product=output ensembles=r1i1p1,r2i1p1,r3i1p1 time_frequency=mon decadals=1960:2010
