CDO remapbil no output results were obtained

I want to use CDO interpolation in the following format:
D:\cygwin\bin>cdo remapbil,r360*180 D:\fanxw\APHRODITE\APHRO_MA_025deg_V1101.1951-2007\mekong\pr_Amon_GISS-E2-H2006-2025.nc D:\fanxw\APHRODITE\APHRO_MA_025deg_V1101.1951-2007\mekong\123.n
However, no errors were reported and no output results were obtained, such as the attached figure.

you call is not correct, it must be
cdo remapbil,r360x180or
cdo remapbil,global_1

the file is fine - I tested it with your command on my linux system. I guess yuor installation is somehow broken. Please update the cygwin system by re-running setup.exe and download + install the latest CDO package for cygwin.
