Merge Problem

Hi all,

When I merge multiple files between 1990 January and 2012 December, the output file starts with 1990 February instead of January and the merged file ends with 1990 January! Then, I tried to merge 1990 January and February files and output file starts with February again! I also used NCO but the problem wasn't solved. I couldn't understand the reason of problem. My input files are 3-hourly downscaled ERA-Interim (SRF outputs obtained using RegCM). Any suggestions?

Hi Tufan,

we can't help without the data. How does the CDO command line call looks like? Do you use merge or mergetime?
