significance level check using studentt
Added by Aradhana yaduvanshi about 7 years ago
Anyone uses CDO to test the significance of a trend. I have used the studentt function but I am confused about the output. How should I interpret the T values? is it t-value? Why it's not showing P values?
I have enclosed a file showing Trend and output of studentt test.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Aysdi,
please post the same question only to one forum!
It is always a good idea to 'google' a question first to see if there is a similar question which could be answered already.
See answer from 2014 [[https://code.mpimet.mpg.de/boards/1/topics/2165]]
The undocumented CDO operator studentt simple computes the student-t distribution of a horizontal field. The input parameter is the degree of freedom.
