error in cdo

Hi, I am working with daily precipitation data when the command to open the pumpkin sellolatbox I used to encounter this error while loading shared libraries: libemosR64.so.0d: cannot map zero-fill pages. What is the problem?

I encountered that same error using a VM with 1GB memory (Ubuntu 14.04).
I've increased the RAM to 4GB, and seems to work now.
