ydaypctl verification dates do not match

Hi, I am trying to calculate the daily 90th percentile from the HADisd data set using:
cdo ydaypctl,90 hadisd.1.0.3.2014f.986440-99999.nc hadisd.1.0.3.2014f.986440-99999.nc.ydaymin.nc hadisd.1.0.3.2014f.986440-99999.nc.ydaymax.nc hadisd.1.0.3.2014f.986440-99999.nc.yday90.nc
and keep getting this error:
cdo ydaypctl (Abort): Verification dates for day 1 of hadisd.1.0.3.2014f.986440-99999.nc.ydaymin.nc, hadisd.1.0.3.2014f.986440-99999.nc.ydaymax.nc and hadisd.1.0.3.2014f.986440-99999.nc.yday90.nc are different!
I see that a similar issue was found in ydrunpctl in version 1.6.5 is it the same issue in version 1.7.0?

Have this bug is fixed??
Because I am still getting the same kind of error when try to calculate percentile values..
