Segmentation fault (core dumped) error

Hi there!

I am trying to concatenate MERRA data using cdo cat ifile ofile. I ftp the hdf files and converted to netcdf using ncl_convert2nc. Now that I am trying to concatenate the data I keep getting the following error:

  • Error in `cdo': double free or corruption (out): 0x00000000012372c0 ***
    Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I've been using cdo for a while now and this is the first time I'm getting this error.

Any help will be appreciated!

for better understanding, the following is needed:

  • cdo version (call cdo -V)
  • exact cdo call
  • input file
    (1-1/1)
