merge(cat) file problem

Hello,
I am a new man of using CDO.I want to merge(cat) some subsurface temperature files(about 69 nc files), when I use CDO to merge them,the problem coming....
F:\SUB>cdo cat temp.*.grb.nc temp.1945-2013.grb.nc
Assertion failed: pxp->bf_offset <= offset && offset < pxp->bf_offset + (off_t)
pxp->bf_extent, file posixio.c, line 325
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

What should I do ??

Thanks , I have solved the problem by using cygwin.
