CDO Operator "geopotheight"

Hi,

Can I use CDO Operator "geopotheight" to calculate the 3-D Geopotential Height with all the variables at Pressure-Level, not model (hybrid) level?

The undocumented CDO operator geopotheight is implemented only for model hybrid levels.

So how to combine the P and PB and PH + PHB with cdo so that my file can be smaller?
