I can convert NetCDF file to Grib but cannot open, Please HELP ME.

Hi all,
I'm a new CDO user from Thailand.
I have tried to convert my NetCDF to GRIB file by this command :

For GRIB#1
$ cdo -f grb copy netcdfFromMod.nc netcdfFromMod.grb

For GRIB#2
$ cdo -f grb2 copy netcdfFromMod.nc netcdfFromMod.grb2

I think, I converted complete but I don't know why I cannot open the GRIB file.
   I have attached the .nc&.grb file too..
   Please help me..

PS. I try to open .grb file by zyGrib on Ubuntu.

You can't open the GRIB file in zyGrib because this tool can't display any GRIB file. zyGrib visualizes weather data from files in GRIB Format 1. The GRIB files have to contain weather data like pressure, wind and temperature and zyGrib have to automatically detect the parameters. Therefore the GRIB file has to contain the right keys, like parameter ID, centre number ....

You mean, you use both of those software for converting??
Sorry for asking simple question but I'm very new in GIS..

It is better, if you can provide the link of example for converting.. _

We use those Software to display/visualize GRIB and netCDF formatted data.
But you can use it also to convert the data.
