Problem with mesh unification in NETCDF

Hi,
I have a result file that is in a strange projection unknown to me and it deviates from the actual distribution.
I want to adapt it to a file (my_template.nc), but neither cdo griddes nor cdo setgrid works.
Does anyone know any way?

I tested some things but they all didn't work without the correct projection. Ask the one who generated the file.
