cdi error (cdf_get_vara_float): NetCDF: HDF error

Hi,
I get the following error:

I can't upload the file because it is 4GB: http://esg1.umr-cnrm.fr/thredds/fileServer/CMIP6_CNRM/ScenarioMIP/CNRM-CERFACS/CNRM-CM6-1-HR/ssp126/r1i1p1f2/Omon/uo/gn/v20200127/uo_Omon_CNRM-CM6-1-HR_ssp126_r1i1p1f2_gn_207301-207412.nc
The file passes a sha256sum from the file provider. I contacted the file provider. He claims the file is not corrupted.

size: 4412345004
Is this a cdo issue, or is the file corrupted? I do get a similar error from the tool ncview.

Hi Brendan,

I get the same error with nccopy. I therefore assume that this file is corrupted.

nccopy uo_Omon_CNRM-CM6-1-HR_ssp126_r1i1p1f2_gn_207301-207412.nc result
NetCDF: HDF error
Location: file nccopy.c; fcn copy_var_data line 1681
