convert binary into netcdf

Hi,

Is it possible to convert the attached file into NetCDF with CDO?
if not, then any thoughts on how to convert it into NetCDF using any other tool?

your file seems to be a GEOS-Chem Binary Punch file

you might find software for conversion at https://github.com/barronh/pseudonetcdf
