Extract variable from Ocean model outputs

Hi all

I am working Ocean model with netcdf outputs. I am going to extract variable temperature in a period from ocean model outputs based on i,j,k(gRids,3D) to plot time series. How can I use cdo?

I have no clue about your input files, but the select operators is what you should look into.
