cutting with selindexbox or another command?

Hi, I am trying to cut my nc file on only visible values with selindexbox but hard to find exact coordinates of the required window.

Is there some automatic cdo command that would nicely cut the window around?

Sorry - no magic like this in CDO at the moment

CDO identifies your input grid as 'generic' because it is not CF-conform.
