Problem in spatial downscaling

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to carry out spatial downscaling for my nc file, using remapbil and remapbic. I'm trying to reduce the resolution of my RCM to 0.25x0.25.
However, I get the error for both downscaling methods and I'm sharing with you below error message.

cdo remapbic: SCRIP bicubic weights from curvilinear (232x118) to lonlat (1440x720) grid
cdf_put_vara_double: name=pr type=NC_FLOAT minval=-0.000043 maxval=100000002004087734272.000000

Error (cdf_put_vara_double): NetCDF: HDF error
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Do you know why this error occurs and could you please help me fix it?
I'm sharing with you also the screenshot of the error I'm running into.

Hi Ibrahim,

can you upload one timestep and only the used variable? It is nearly impossible to help without the input file.

The only thing I can say is that the missing value seems not to be set properly.

Tip: We need more information about the input file, so it is better to give us the output of 'cdo sinfo infile' or in case of a netcdf file 'ncdump -h infile'. GrADS output is not helpful here.

Hi Karin,
Thanks a lot firstly for your return and help.
I inputted the scripts that you wanted me to and added the screenshots including info about my nc file to the attachment.
I'd be so glad if you could just tell me what's wrong for my file.
Lastly, if the value turns out to be mistakenly-set or something, as you suggested intuitively, what am I supposed to do in that case?
