Manage data with sea mask

Dear all,
I am using a dataset containing temperature data only on land. When I compute the percentile, I get only undefined values.
I supposed this is due to the sea mask. How can I compute the percentile with the data on land?

Hi Shekina,

the missing values shouldn't be the problem. Can you upload the data and tell us the CDO command you use?

Dear Karin,

Please find attached my data. The file contains the Tmax data for AMJ for the period 1979-2020.

I used the following command:
cdo timpctl,90 daily_tmax_AprMayJun.nc -timmin daily_tmax_AprMayJun.nc -timmax daily_tmax_AprMayJun.nc poe_90.nc

daily_tmax_AprMayJun.nc (42.5 MB) daily_tmax_AprMayJun.nc

I can't reproduce the problem, see attached plot of tmax with CDO version 1.9.9. Which version are you using? Maybe you have to install the current version.
