cdo remapcon results in only NaN's

Hi all,
I'm trying to do a remapping from a high resolution to a lower resolution. Since it is flux data, I want to do a conservative remapping.
However, the resulting data only constitutes of NaN values.
Does anyone have an idea what the cause of this may be? Lat_bnds etc. are included in the dataset and cdo does not give any error or warning.
The command I run (input files are attached):
cdo remapcon,40km_grid.nc vars.nc out.nc

I could no reproduce the NaNs in the output, see upload. Do you use the latest CDO version?

I didn't consider that. I was still running 1.9.6 instead of 1.9.7.
And indeed, now it works.
