Hello,
In the history of the file, the last CDO step is
cdo -s -L -f nc4 -sellonlatbox,-125.06,-125.04,-5.06,-5.04 …
Don’t understand why it turns to
X = 234.95
The grid point is located at (-125.05, -5.05).
CDO version 1.6.9.

The issue is not so much data dependent.

Your target grid has only a single point, where CDO falls back into the default grid description of using positive values for longitudes. I think it would be more convenient to retain the original value. I will check the implementation ...
