running sum with restart after a missing value

Hi all,

I would like to calculate a running sum over multiple time step, which however restarts after a missing value.

Is there a simple solutions in cod?

I don't think so, sorry.

But the resulting dataset could look very strange. missing values might occur at any timestep and any grid point. Without that knowledge, the resulting "restarted" running mean could look like a mess.
