Hybrid-height coordinates

The "hybrid" z-axis type in CDO appears to refer to hybrid-pressure coordinates, as used in various models including ECHAM. However, HadGEM (i.e. the UK Met Office Unified Model) uses a hybrid-height coordinate (transitioning from metres above the surface to metres above sea level).
Is it possible to handle such coordinates with an appropriate z-axis definition, or it not, how feasible would it be to add support for an additional z-axis type?

Sorry, I only just saw your reply to this, as for some reason the email notification didn't come through.
I've looked at that, which shows how to interpolate hybrid model levels to pressure or height levels; however what I'm unsure of is how to specify the Z-axis type for the hybrid-height levels, so that operators like this will work correctly, as the only example definition I can find in the manual is for hybrid-pressure levels.

Just checking if there is currently any support for remapping hybrid height levels -> pressure levels? I'm in exactly the same position as Zak (trying to remap HadGEM..)
Is it possible to use `ap2pl`?

is specifically for the ICON model. I think this is still not solved. HadGEM should have documentation about its vertical coordinates

Thanks, I'm inquiring about this now with Met Office people. The people I've asked all seem to work on the native HadGEM vertical grid...
