Hi,

I've got some NCEP analysis data in grib-format and I'd like to extract one variable and save it in another file.
According to the User's Guide "cdo selcode , 91 fnl_20071208_00_00 si_fnl_20071208_00_00" should do the trick but I get this error message:

Error (cdo selcode) : Too many streams! Operator needs 1 input and 1 output streams.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Have you tried "selcode,91" without blanks?
