Hello
I wish to do spatial weighting by lattitude for my region (Caspian sea, Black Sea), with my 3D temp .nc data. HOwever, upon successfully executing this command i get temp area weighted i assume, but in 1D, with the lat and lon being average to 1:1 instead of 1:144 and 1:96, and temp[144,96,1800]
cdo fldmeans on all variables
Warning (scanVarAttributes) : NetCDF: Variable not found - time_bnds
After this my data is in this format.
lat [1:1] lon [1:1] temp[1:1800]
Please advice. The format i wish to retain is in temp[144 96 1800]
what call did you use???
