CDO

I'm trying to convert nc file to grib, but there is some problem regarding this.
I use the following command to convert nc to grb,

cdo -f grb -b 24 setrtoc,1e36,1e38,10 example.nc example.grb
cgribexDefLevel : Changed zaxis type from generic to pressure
cdo setrtoc: Processed 195048 values from 2 variables over 1 timestep ( 0.01s )

here in this nc file the bad value in the land area is not set. Netcdf file and grib file is attached. Can anybody help me to plot this grb file in grads.
