Help to install cdo on XP

I am not well known about the other operating system. So any body give me step by step procedure to install the cdo on windows XP
for example which thing are require for cdo, how to comile it etc

Hi!
We offer a precompiled binary for win32 in the download area. Installation help can be found here. It lacks some functionality: netcdf4, szip compression, OpenMP support.
CDO is not a native win32 program. It is developed for POSIX compatible operating systems. To get the most out of it on a windows system, I recommend to use cygwin. Some help about getting CDO runing under cygwin is also stated on win32. In case of problems, just drop another line here.
