Daily Values for Minimum and Maximum Temperature for Ensemble Meteorological Forecasts
Added by Fabian Tito Arandia Martinez about 11 years ago
Hi,
I'm new at using CDO and I'm a little bit confused. Presently I have huge grib2 files with ensemble meteorological forecasts in them. For example, one grib file contains 1 Center (Canadian Meteorological Center), 1 year (2012), 1 parameter (max temp), 20 time steps (0-120hr by 6 hours step), members (20 members for the Canadian Center)
I would like to end-up with 1Center-1Year-1Param-5 time steps (Daily forecasts 0-120 by 24hours), 20members
How can I do that? Do I have to split the members first? Can you please give me a hint in order to do so?
I thought to use cdo day min (or max) but it doesn't seem to be working?
Thank you,
Greetings from Montreal, Canada
