possibility to limit output to ascii to specific fields ?

Hi
we have a processed grb2 file and would like to print the output to an ascii file - not only the values but the Date/Time indication as well.
Is there a possibility to create an ascii ouput with the fields Date ¦ Time ¦ value only ? (neglecting other fields like Param/Level/Size etc
