Hello Dear all
I am installing the cdo as following ./configure --prefix=/home/ruta/net --with-netcdf=/client then I did
make install
but when I need to read the file which is shown in the attachment it display the following message

cdo info: Open failed on >rfe2008_01-dk3.nc<
Unsupported file type
what you advice me ?

pls upload the config.log file, which was created by you configure call.
