Level selection no longer works since the upgrade to the new version (2.5.1) - see attached file.

if you have access to ECMWF/ECS machine, the file is located at /ec/res4/scratch/scha/scratchdir/test/lfpw_System9-v20250101_forecast_S2025060100_atmos_12hr_pressure_zg_r19i00p00.nc
with read permissions.
Otherwise, tell me where to place this 0.7GB file

Unfortunately, I do not have access to the machine. Maybe you can select the first 3 time steps with the NCO tool ncks:
ncks -d time,0,2 infile.nc outfile.nc

Here is the file after selecting some dates from the initial file with cdo seltimestep (ncks doesn't work)
