Error (cdf_close) : NetCDF: HDF error: when I want to remapcon

Hi,

I want to use cdo to remap a source file (cropped_example.nc) into a new remaped file. When I run the code as
cdo -remapcon,/home/b/b382080/grid -setgrid,/home/b/b382080/dyamond-winter/NCAR/MPAS-3km/DW-ATM/atmos/fx/gn/grid.nc pracc.nc pracc_0.1grid.nc

But got the errors as(It show very long) :


Error (cdf_close) : NetCDF: HDF error

How can I fix this problem?

hi Jinyan!

the error (end of the image) sais: 'Disk quota exceeded'. So I guess you have to free some space before going on.
