CDO

Hi everyone,

I just stumbled across an issue. When remapping cloud cover (stored as a byte type with values being either 0 or 1), then cdo remapcon will keep byte as the output format.
This means in the background cdo will populate the output file also with 0's or 1's only even it computes the average over a large number of cells.
