yearpctl giving Segmentation fault

Hi,
I tried to resolve my issue by reading earlier threads on pctl but I am still stuck with this.
cdo -r -yearpctl,90 pr10.nc -yearmin pr10.nc -yearmax pr10.nc outfile.nc
cdo(1) yearmin: Process started
cdo(2) yearmax: Process started
cdo(1) yearmin: 0%Segmentation fault (core dumped)
I think there is some issue with my input file header. FYI I am attaching the "sinfo", "info" and "ncdump -c" yields of my input file for your reference. Kindly suggest what am I missing. Thanks.
