Error regarding running cdo through anaconda"error while loading shared libraries: libiconv.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
Added by jyoti lodha about 6 years ago
I sucessfully installed cdo from anaconda, But I am getting error
j*yoti@jyoti-HP-Pavilion-Notebook:/tmp$ cdo -V
cdo: error while loading shared libraries: libiconv.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. *
When I run "conda list" command it is showing me cdo 1.9.4. But why i am not able to see the version of cdo on my terminal and how can I solve this error.

Similar case.
Have run
conda update --all
same error:
/usr/bin/anaconda3/bin/cdo: error while loading shared libraries: libhdf5.so.103: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
