bugs when using CDO1.6.8 convert netcdf data to grib format ？

Hi，

I found a problem .
An offset happened,when I convert netcdf data into grib format by using CDO1.6.8.
Netcdf data is OK.But when it was converted into Grib format,It has an offset like pictures below!
