CDO ver 1.6.2 was working OK in a Ubuntu 14.04 installation before performing a release upgrade to 16.04.
As part of the release upgrade, CDO is also upgraded automatically to 1.7.0 but after the upgrade any call to cdo gives the following message:
cdo: error while loading shared libraries: libemosR64.so.0d: cannot map zero-fill pages
I tried the following: Removed and purged both cdo and libemos packages and reinstalled them both (using apt-get) but the problem continues
