I want a CDO operator that will convert NCEP reanalysis data from a global grid to a rotated lat lon grid.
I do not wish to do any bilinear interpolation but just a transformation of coordinates from geographical coordinates to rotated lat lon coordinates.
My earlier question was incorrectly asked. Apologies.
