CDO

Hi,
I'm new to cdo, I heard that following can be done using cdo but was not able o find out how so please help me out. I'm trying to use cdo remapdis operator for doing a Distance-weighted average remapping of a nc file. I have a file which contains lat lon of ground stations. Now i want to do Distance-weighted average remapping of a nc file which contains variable values in lon lat var format for the lat lon of actual ground stations so that the bias of variable be calculated from the actual value.
