convert hybrid height coordinate to pressure coordinate

I am wondering if there is a way for CDO that could converts hybrid height coordinate to pressure coordinate (HadGEM2-es)?

CDO supports only hybrid sigma pressure coordinates with the following definition:

p(n,k,j,i) = ap(k) + b(k)*ps(n,j,i)
So there is no way to convert hybrid height coordinates with CDO, sorry.

I am try to convert hybrid height coordinate (terrain following coordinate). I am wondering if there is any other method or software that could convert this kind of coordinate.
