In my current netcdf which looks like:

and how to change to new netcdf as mentioned in attached file.
Also whem i am changing cdo settaxis,2010-01-16,12:00,1mon temp2.nc temp3.nc, time is also increasing with months I need only months should change.
Use settunits,days to change the time units month to days:
cdo settunits,days ifile ofile
