fldcor with time offset

Hello everyone,
I want to calculate correlation between 2 datasets (12months/1year per file). As I assume a correlation with maybe 1 month of time offset, I want to correlate them with exactly this offset.
So, e.g., Var1January - Var2February
Is this possible with the operator "fldcor" or possible in general with CDO?
How can I set this time offset?
If not, is there a way to calculate classical Spearman correlation in CDO?
I really would appreciate your help.
