6 hourly to 12 hourly data

Hallo CDO people,

I have a simple question. I have 6 hourly relative humidity (RH) data from NCEP Reanalysis.
How can I convert this data from 6 hourly to 12 hourly time step.

Mean over 2 timesteps:

cdo timselmean,2 ifile ofile

    (1-1/1)
