When I use this operator to calculate my data, the input file covers the period from 19800101 to 20141231, but the output file time range is from 1980-02 to 2015-01.
Why does the output start one month later and end one month beyond the input range? Is this expected behavior?I would like to understand why the output period does not exactly match the input data period.
