Update the release on conda-forge
Added by Paolo Davini about 2 months ago
Hi there,
I am a enthusiastic user of CDO within conda-forge in several projects, and currently the most recent available version on such channel is 2.4.4
Is there any plan to update it to the 2.5.1?
Thanks a lot
Paolo

Chiming in - will you be able to update conda-forge to 2.5.2 soon? Really happy to see the new 'chunkspec' feature implemented in v2.5.2.
Many thanks,
Joseph

I had problem with 2.5.2 because it threw errors when checking the conda-forge build that I could not reproduce locally, sry

Ah that's unfortunate. Manual installation still works although I did have to fiddle around with linking to netcdf and eccodes a bit. Still very grateful for this release!

2.5.1 and 2.5.2 will be added to spack It's more complex to set up that conda, but it will provide the binary and handle all it's dependencies

Thanks a lot for the update! Will this mean that you will no longer support conda-forge in the long term?
Cheers
