Coarse to Fine Resolution

Hallo Everyone

I need to compare my model output to the several datasets.
In this case, i need to regrid my model output to the high resolution (i.e. coarse--> fine resolution : 2.5 deg --> 1.0 deg).
what is the most appropiate function that i might use to do this using CDO,
