"HDF error" in the mergetime command
I'm getting an error when trying to combine 3 different cordex precipitation ".nc" files. The error is as follows. Can you please help me how should I proceed?
cdo -b F64 -mergetime pr_8_rcp85_day_20210101-20251231.nc pr_8_rcp85_day_20260101-20301231.nc pr_8_rcp85_day_20310101-20351231.nc merge_pr_8_8.5_2021_2035.nc
cdf_put_var_double: ncid=262144 varid=2 val0=-10.063880
Error (cdf_put_var_double): NetCDF: HDF error
Error (cdf_close): NetCDF: HDF error
