"cdo" installation with jupyter notebook on windows 10

I am trying to "cdo" install with this code.
I get the following error. I'm new to this, I need your help about useful pages you can direct me and how to install "cdo".

hi,

I think you cannot install cdo via conda in windows. If you want to use cdo in your windows you need to do it via virtual machine or WSL2 under Linux environment.
