Is there a cdo command that can validate if a file is cdo compliant?

Is there a cdo command that can validate if a file is cdo compliant? I ask this after having a problem (https://code.mpimet.mpg.de/boards/1/topics/10712) where a variable missing the coordinate attribute caused unexpected(to me) behaviour.

Hi Brendan,

as far as I know, CDO doesn't provide such functionality. You can check your files with the CF Compliance Checker (see https://cfconventions.org/compliance-checker.html).
