Hi everybody,
I have used an open-source ocean model named Coherens model which has the sigma coordinate. I need to convert this data to Z- coordinate. Could you please tell me It is possible to do that with Cdo Package?
Any suggestion would be really appreciated.

dear pooran!
There so many vertical coordinate system out there in the world that it's not possible to answer this. This first thing to consider in your case is to ask the authors of the model for that. They should know best how to work with the model output.
