Hello,
I could not find the answer in the manual so have to post here.
Is there a CDO operator to output latitude weighted mean? It's basically box mean with consideration of different contribution from different latitudes.

you mean, you want to compute interpolations weights? I don't understand exactly what you mean, sry.

No, it's not about interpolation.
It's normal box mean with consideration of latitude contribution. Averages in the latitude dimension are weighted by the difference between the sines of the latitude at the northern and southern edges of the grid box.
