Hi, my U and V wind components are staggered on two different grids. I am trying to destagger using cdo uvDestag to get the components on a common grid, but been unsuccessful so far. kindly help. I have attached the file.

Unfortunately uvDestag is not implemented for curvilinear grids. Only rotated lon/lat grids are supported.
